This lovely Aztec tripod bowl starts at the top with a raised lip, below that is an incised design bordered by two reddish orange lines.  The main body has a raised relief pictorial of a priest or god performing a ritual that is repeated 4 times around the body of the vase.  The three tripod feet are decorated with an earplug.  In excellent condition.  Measures approximately 4 inches in height and width.  Provenance; Florida Collection.  Circa 1200 to 1500 Common Era.
