Nazca Bird Vessel

This ceramic vessel was crafted by the Nazca culture group from Southern Coastal Peru circa 500 to 800 of the Common Era.  It measures approximately 7 1/2 inches in length, 6 1/4 inches in height, 4 1/4 inches in width.  It features tan slip on red clay with a brown/black paint.  The piece has minor chips (one re-glued) on rim of vessel and a slightly faded overall appearance.  This piece appears intact with no restoration.  Satisfaction guaranteed.
