This copper Moche Tupu depicts a sea bird at the top of the piece.  Measures approximately 4 inches.  There are ancient encrustations attesting to the age of the piece.  From Northern Coastal Peru, circa 100 to 750 of the Common Era.  Looks far better in person than in pictures.  A unique addition to any collection!
